Wayne my friend. So happy to have known you. Why you had to leave us so early is beyond my understanding. I cling to the hope that we will meet again and it will be joyous. I loved your compassion and intelligence. Looked up to you. Enjoyed your pictures of family. My kindred spirit. As you gain your angel wings don’t forget us who toil without you. Visit us if you can. I have gained wisdom from you. Thank you.

Heart filled condolences. A memory that stays with me and my partner at the time scott was the baseball bbq in your backyard. Such joy, openness, fun and caring evident on that most sunny simple afternoon of sport and comradeirre. Always brings a smile to my face and even after 20 years that afternoon left me with what is possible when love and kindness is offered and shared with many. Thinking of all. Warren.

I met Wayne through a lovely friend. She first told me about Wayne when she was sick with the shingles. Could not sustain herself. Wayne took us e look at her, swept her up in his arms and took her to the hospital. He saved her life then and took it up on himself to help her with fixing things, groceries and above all company. He was a hero in many ways.
He gave me faith in humanity. I’m proud to know him.
