Passing peacefully at Seasons Milton Retirement Home in her 89th year. Trudy (Waltraut) was the beloved wife of the late Gerry (Gerhard) Brennenstuhl (1995). Loving mother of Bernard Brennenstuhl (Sherry) and Anita Clark. Cherished Grandmother of David, Michael, Matthew, Julia, Tyler, Ryan & Rachel.

After immigrating to Canada from Germany in the early 50's, Trudy and Gerry opened their Streetsville Jewelry store "Moderne Jewellers" on Queen St. in 1957. As a skilled Goldsmith, Trudy carried on with the business after Gerry's passing until retirement from the business in 1996.

Her nature was always being creative and artistic throughout her life expressed by music, arts and crafts. Trudy’s musical talent also served her well in her endeavors as a long standing member of the Streetsville United Church Choir for 45 years.
Trudy loved music and enjoyed playing the organ and piano. During her retirement she took joy in entertaining at seniors homes. Classical music was her personal favorite. It could be said that she was instrumental in inspiring her grandchildren to take up musical interests.
