Dear Auntie Lam,

May you rest in peace. I have the following quote from Patrick Swayze for family members of Aunt Lam. Deepest condolences. Take care.

"When those you love die, the best you can do is honor their spirit for as long as you live. You make a commitment that you're going to take whatever lesson that person was trying to teach you, and you make it true in your own life. It's a positive way to keep their spirit alive in the world by keeping it alive in yourself."

We, including our kids Jocelyn and Burchard are blessed to have met auntie, a vibrant “buddy” who brought us joy. She was an amazing individual who we both respect a lot and we had lots of fun time together. We will miss her, especially her stories after a few drinks.
