It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of George on December 8th, 2021. Loving husband to Dorothy for 55 years. Cherished father to Laura (Steve) and Stuart (Lori). Adored Poppa to Erika, Jocelyn and Jake, and Grandpa Nathan, and Ava. George will be dearly missed by his many other relatives and friends.
Friends may call at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) for A Memorial visitation on Sunday December 12, 2021 from 2-6pm. In an effort to maintain a safe environment and adhere to provincial, local and Regulatory Directives; All attendees planning to attend any indoor funeral related event (i.e. Visitations, and/or Funeral Service) MUST provide Proof of Vaccination Status and Valid Government Issued ID to enter the facility. Children under 12 years of age are exempt. Use of Face Coverings are mandatory while inside all facilities.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.

I have very fond memories of George from his time volu teering at Birch Cliff Public School. He was sweet and funny and the students adored him. The world was made a nicer place for having had George in it. My thoughts are with Dorothy and her family. ❤🙏
