February 11, 1940 - January 15, 2017

Passed away unexpectedly at the age of 76 in Hamilton General Hospital. Loving husband of Dr. Nada for 42 years. Beloved Father of Dr. Miroslav , and Dr. Anita (Momir). Proud Grandfather of Simona. Vladimir will be greatly missed. A visitation will be held at the YORK FUNERAL CENTRE, 160 Beecroft Rd., North York (north of Sheppard Ave., west of Yonge St., 416-221-3404), on Sunday, January 22, 2017, from 5p.m to 9p.m and on Monday, January 23, 2017 from 9 to 10 a.m. Funeral service will be held at Cathedral of the Nativity of the Mother of God (257 Shaw St, Toronto, ON M6J 2W7) , on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 11 a.m. followed by interment at York Cemetery and reception at York Funeral Centre.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Vladimir's passing. A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on.
