Vjera Pejovic

August 29, 1938 - August 30, 2023

It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved matriarch Vjera Pejovic, on August 30th, 2023 one day after her 85th birthday.

Cherished mother of Vesna (decd.Francisco), Stanka and predeceased son Zeljko (Nada).

She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Amy (Ian), Natasha, Daniel (Elya), Lucas, Kelly (Nick), Sara and Milan.

She is affectionately adored by her great grandchildren Caterina, Francisco, Giacinto, Wendy, Benjamin, Cole, Aubrey, Jade, Helen, Grace, Lily and Nolan.

Vjera was an avid tennis watching, word search solving, furniture finishing, Turkish coffee drinking, and bread making Montenegrin Warrior Woman. Her dedication and love for helping to raise her grandchildren was her greatest legacy.

Tetka je bila veliki covjek i velikog srca. Sjećam se kad sam bila mala uvijek me zvala Japanko posto su mi oči kose kao Japancima. Tetka i moj pokojni otac Mijo ( tetkin brat) su se uvijek lijepo slagali. Tetka uvijek si bila nasmijana, tvoja vrata su bila za svakog otvorena, bila si jedna dobra duša, takva su i tvoja djeca. Tvoj Zeljko te čeka da te zagrli i da se ispricate. Pocivaj u miru međju andjelima.
Stanka i Vesna drage moje sestre, teško je kad roditelji odu, a najteže je kad majka ode, onda je otišlo sve. Sad ste vas dvije ostale i držite se, biće teško ali život mora da se nastavi. 🙏🏻❤️
