Vismants (Vic) Eglite

Having brought joy to many with his cheerfulness, often seen in the twinkle in his eye, it was time to move on after 94 full years. He left us on a bird song on the morning of July 6th. Vismants is fondly remembered by his wife Helen, son Eriks (late daughter-in-law Indra), daughter Sarma and granddaughter Anna. Predeceased by his wife Marija. Funeral service giving thanks for Vismant’s life: July 9th, 10:00 at the YORK FUNERAL CENTRE. (Visitation at 9:00) In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Foundation for Kristus Darzs Long-Term Care Home or to St. Andrew’s Latvian Ev. Lutheran Church.
