Born in 1928 to proud Macedonian parents, Violet spent her early years growing up in Toronto, Ontario. She later met her beloved husband George, and they were married in 1950. They moved to Regina to support George’s medical studies and welcomed their first baby Louise, becoming a family. Moving back to Toronto, they welcomed two more baby girls, Elaine, and Doreen. Violet and George created many special memories with their girls, and grandchildren. In their later years, George was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and Violet lovingly cared for him every day until he passed away. She went on to live 15 years after George, enjoying her family, friends and travel. Violet will be dearly remembered by family and friends for her smile that could light up a room, kind heart, warm hugs and kisses and her sassy sense of humour.

The family would like to thank Dr. Wise and the staff of AMICA for their care and compassion.

A private family service will take place.
