VILIS OSIS, passed away peacefully at his home
in Toronto on May 21, 2019, in his 94th year.
Beloved father to his son Willis, daughter Ieva and his son-in-law Alex.
Vilis was born in Liepna,Latvia on December 1, 1924,
son of Ernests and Alma Osis. Vilis was predeceased by his wife Elza Ruta
(Kraujite) on June 20,2009.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to
St. John’s Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church of Toronto
and the Humber River Hospital.

Willis, Ieva and Alex,
Our deepest condolences for the loss of your dear father Vilis. He was always caring, a true gentleman and a wonderful neighbour for almost 50 years. We are sure that he and Alessandro are happy to see each other once again. May all the precious memories of his love for you be treasures that you carry with you always.
