Victor passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, with his family by his side at the age of 77. Victor lived a fulfilling life as a father, brother, husband, and friend.
He was the first to arrive in Canada and helped build a solid foundation for the family from ground zero. Once established, he brought over his mother, father, and sister, and later met his wife, Winny in Canada. Victor later had two daughters, Dian and Shirley, whom he cherished and loved very much. He was a resilient, optimistic, hard-working, and detail-oriented man. He put family first and was always willing to take the lead in helping others.
He enjoyed gardening, investing, and spending time with family and friends.
Victor will be fondly remembered by all as a loving father, brother, husband, and trusted friend.

Funeral and burial services will take place at the York Cemetery and Funeral Centre on Sunday, March 5th, followed by a private lunch reception for immediate family and friends only.
