Vernon Neddeau

May 12, 1946 - November 18, 2025

Vernon passed away on Tuesday, November 18, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Susan, father of Nicole and Jacqueline, and proud grandfather of Paige (partner Stephen) and Callum. He loved his family deeply and took great pride in supporting Susan.

Vernon cherished his friends and enjoyed the connections, laughter, and support they shared throughout his life.
A long-time employee of the LCBO and proud member of the Quarter Century Club, Vernon was dedicated and hardworking throughout his career.

Vernon faced his illness with remarkable strength, courage, and determination, showing resilience and dignity throughout his journey. Despite the challenges, he remained focused on his loved ones and never lost his natural gift for joking and bringing laughter to those around him.

Vern’s life was defined by the love he carried for his family. He will be remembered for his kindness, his work ethic, and the care he showed to everyone who knew him.

Funeral Service will be held on Sunday November 23 at Mount Pleasant Funeral Center, 375 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, ON. Visitation will be held from 1–2 PM, followed by the funeral service at 2 PM with reception to follow.

Sorry to hear about Vern’s passing. Ken Maxwell let me know. Vern and I were part of a group that used to hang out with several other guys when we were in high school. We had some good times. I will remember him fondly. Take care. Tom

Dear Aunt Sue, Nicole, Jackie, Paige, Callum,

We are so very sorry to hear of Uncle Vern's passing. He was an incredibly kind and thoughtful person. I have so many wonderful memories of all of us growing up together at the cottage each summer and the jokes and laughter that Uncle Vern would always bring. We are thinking of all of you lots during this difficult time. I'm sorry that we can't be there in person but we are sending lots of hugs and prayers xo
