Vern was an extra special individual who helped us all to remember not to sweat the little things, but rejoice all the great things each and every day.
You will be deeply missed

Vernie, You will always live on in my heart. I could not have ask for any thing more, you were a great husband, an amazing father to our son Nicholas and my best friend. You have touched so many people with your positive energy and you will always be remembered.Until we meet again from your wife Peggy :) love yah!
My Father was the happiest Person I ever knew and I have nothing but all happy memories with him from the age of 1 to 22, Dad treated everyone with the utmost respect and truly gave people more then they actually deserved... but that was my father, he put everyone before him, no matter how bad of a day he would have, he would always have a smile on his face, after a long day at work he would always have the energy to come and spend countless hours on preparing the backyard for his famous backyard parties where the famous "Vern Dance" was Created (If you know, you know).
Planting over 200 cedar trees in the back yard, unlimited amounts of flowers (There was never enough)....apple, plum and pear trees of the highest quality for the summer time. I Promise you I will up keep the backyard just like you did.. but let's be honest no one will be able to do what you do.
Dad was loved and still loved by all his friends and family.
A huge kiss and a hug from me goes to the whole Flight safety family for all the kindness and love they did for My Mom and Dad. Truly.. The Best Of The Best.
Love Nicky.
Vern had one of the friendliest upbeat personalities that I had ever experienced.
He will be sorely missed by all.
My condolences to you Peggy and Nicholas.
George
