Vera was born in Skopje, Macedonia. She spent her childhood in the suburb Gorce Petrov. Vera studied Accounting and Bookkeeping graduating with honours in Grade school, an accomplishment she was very proud of. She met her husband in her early 20's, Zdravko in 1972 later married and immigrated to Canada in 1974. Vera loved cooking, music, dancing and entertaining her close friends while raising her two children, Boban (1976) & Juliana (1982), she was a devoted mother. Vera was always smiling and laughing making jokes throughout her life right until the end. She loved the simple things in life, from the Macedonian culture to music and shopping in malls. Vera spent 16 years working in Nabisco while juggling work life balance, ultimately retiring in 2003. The last few years of her life were difficult for her and her loved ones, seeing her deteriorate ultimately passing due to complications with pneumonia. Vera was a true warrior and fighter, she wanted to raise her children and grandchildren well and to see them be successful in life, to that end she did an exceptional job. Survived by her husband Zdravko, children Bobby (Joanne) and Julie, grandchildren Emma, Alexander and Lila. May her memories last a lifetime and put a smile on your face.
