Our Beloved Mother, Sister, Aunt, Cousin, Friend gone far too soon. Vassiliki (Vicky) Charitou was a larger-than-life personality that dedicated her life to working hard as a Hairdresser and loved what she did for over 40 years.

She will be dearly missed by her son Harry and daughter Maria, she loved her kids greatly and was the master protector of them in every way.

Vassiliki (Vicky) was born in Pelendri, Cyprus and was the 6th child of 8 children to Kyriako and Christina Demetriou, preceded in Death by Siblings Stelios, Eleni, Andreas, Kostas and Panayiota, she is survived by her Sister Maria and Brother Dimitri who she absolutely adored and the countless nieces and nephews she loved as much as her kids and had very special bonds with. She always lit the room up wherever she was and always made an impression with whomever she crossed paths with her charm, openness and quick wit! This is a void that will be felt by so many💔💔

Family and friends will be received at Elgin Mills Funeral Centre, 1591 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill, Ontario, on Wednesday, March 22nd, 2023, from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be at St. Panteleimon Greek Orthodox Church of Markham, 11323 Warden Ave., Markham, on Thursday March 23rd, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in Elgin Mills Cemetery.
