June 15, 1926 - January 9, 2022

With deepest sorrow and sadness we announce the passing of Vasiliki Tsarnas on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at the age of 95 years, in her long-term care home in Toronto.

Beloved wife of the late Phillip. Loving mother to Anna (Nikodimos) and Kosta. Cherished yiayia to Nick (Allison), Philip, Ari, and Philip (Warren). Beloved great grandmother to Alex, Arianna and Penelope. She will forever be in the hearts of family and friends.

Vasiliki lived a full and inspiring life and will be beautifully remembered. She came to Canada in 1964. She remained fiercely independent in mind and spirit.

The family would like to express gratitude to the caring staff at Hellenic Home for the Aged in Scarborough.

There are no words to really describe how sad this made me feel. She was an incredible woman that made me feel extremely lucky that our paths crossed. I know that she is at a better place along with my mom. My condolences to the family.
