In memory of

Vasil Terzievski

August 5, 1927 -  December 22, 2024

It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved father, dedo and great dedo, Vasil Terzievski. Vasil died on December 22, 2024 at the age of 97. He is now reunited with his beloved wife, Donka with whom he shared 61 years of marriage.
He will be lovingly remembered by his son Mike (Edie), daughter Helen, grandsons Dereck (Mary), Craig (Kelly), Jesse (Justin) and great grandsons Cody and Parker.
Vasil was born in Graesnica, Macedonia. Son of late Manuli and Bozna Terzievski. He immigrated to Canada in 1957 where he raised his family with love and devotion. He was a proud Macedonian, but loved Canada and the opportunities it provided.
He was an avid gardener, taking such great pride in growing flowers and vegetables. He always loved to show off the fruits of his labour with family, friends and neighbors as they stopped by to admire his beautiful garden.
Most of all he loved and cherished his family and enjoyed every moment spent with them. He will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

"Love is the greatest gift one generation can leave another." This quote describes Dedo to a T. He was a man who could express love through his eyes alone, no words were needed. Dedo’s warmth, kindness, and the love he gave will live on in our hearts forever. Our deepest condolences to all those who loved him. I know we will all find comfort in the beautiful memories we shared with him. Love from Dereck, Mary and Cody (one of his golden boys).
