In memory of

Timothy (Tim) Wayne Archer

December 29, 1971 -  October 25, 2019

It is with heavy hearts we announce that our dear Tim, at the age of 47 passed away peacefully surrounded by his parents and sister on October 25, 2019 at the Montfort Hospital in Ottawa. Tim has now crossed the Rainbow Bridge and has been reunited with his best friend and loving wife Christine Brunski of 23 years and their cherished pets.
Tim is the loving son of Wayne and Marg Archer. Dear brother of Bonnie Archer (Mark Goodman). Cherished Uncle to Connor, Taine and Jaime Goodman. Dear son-in-law of Ivan and Josipa Brunski. He will also be greatly missed by his aunts and uncles, extremely close friends and co-workers.

Tim was born in Niagara Falls on December 29, 1971. He graduated from York University in Environmental studies and was a dedicated employee at Natural Resources Canada as the Senior Operations Officer in the Major Project Management Office. Tim’s love for animals and the natural environment was a passion he shared with Christine. This was an extremely important part of his life. Tim requests that in lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations be made to The Ottawa Humane Society and The Rideau Valley Wildlife Sanctuary. This would be greatly appreciated by Tim and his family.

Tim and his family wish to extend their sincere thanks to the ICU Doctors and Nurses and palliative team at the Montfort Hospital. Your care and love for Tim went above and beyond.

Family and friends will be received at York Cemetery and Funeral Centre, 160 Beecroft Rd, North York Ontario on Wednesday October 30, 2019 from 1pm - 2pm.

A Celebration of Tim’s Life will be held on Wednesday October 30, 2019 at 2pm, with an Interment and Reception to follow.

Dearest Bonnie, Mr. and Mrs. Archer,

Please accept my sincerest condolences for the loss of your son Tim. He is now with Christine, soul mates together. The pain and suffering that they faced for the last couple years has now disappeared. I am relieved and yet heart broken. Saddened for this loss of a wonderful couple who together made the world a better place. I take their life story as a story to pass on to my children who will inherit a world far more polluted than the one we will in today. I am honoured to have had Tim pass through my life. I remember when Christine came to me one day in the second year of universiry and said 'I met with Tim. She had the biggest Garfield smile on her face. When I saw her next a couple days later she announced 'I am dating Tim'. That was that. She found her soul mate and best friend. May they rest in peace.
