Our deepest Condolences to Yashoda aunty, Ganesh and the whole family. Rest in Peace Uncle. Love Dev and Rani Sarathy
Tilak Rao was full of exciting, inspiring stories and full of energy at such age. He was so full of affection, which we always felt and remember fondly. I/Ragu was fortunate to sing him Yakshagana days before he moved to the nursing home. For us, he was the walking encyclopedia of history. We fondly remember animated telling of encounters with Nehru and Bose era, his love for music and support for Yakshagana and more. We always enjoyed listening and learning from the stories. He has made all people he encountered more informed and sensitive. We will look up to him on how to age. We pray that he may attain sadgati, and may paramaatma give strength to Yashodakka and their children to bear the loss. We will miss him a lot.
