In his 60th year following an illness surrounded by his family and friends. Tom, beloved husband of the late Sheri (Unger). Loving father of Lisa Lavin and step-father to Tara Lee Antichow and the late Lindsay Unger. Dear grandfather of Dakota and Krisztian Brunner, Dakota and Owen Antichow. Dearly loved brother of JoAnne Duggan (Mike), Susan Swerdlyk (David), Patricia Dmitruk (Richard), David Lavin (Beverly), Scott Lavin and the late Michael Lavin. Beloved Son-in-Law of George and Mary Lou Adams and Brother-in-Law of Heather Teichroeb and Bill Adams. Also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was a kind, generous and loyal friend. Tom enjoyed cooking, hunting, fishing and travelling. Tom worked for many years as a Stationery Engineer at Molson-Coors Canada. A celebration of Tom’s life will be held at the Simple Alternative, Mississauga Chapel, 1535 S. Gateway Rd., (at Dixie Rd.) on Saturday, September 8th, 2018. Visitation will be at 11:00 am with service following at 12:00 noon. Reception will follow.
