Thomas K. Wey

January 14, 1938 -  August 26, 2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas (Tom) Wey on Friday, August 26th, 2022. Thomas was surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind his devoted wife of 50 years, Aurora, loving daughters Juliette (Brian) and Jennifer (Kai), as well as his adoring and cherished grandchildren Lucy, Avery, Ainsley and Keaton. Tom always loved to hear about their activities and loved listening to their funny and creative stories. He also leaves behind his sister Josephine (Carman) Chisamore, nephews Brian (Hilary) and Kent (Michelle) and niece Sherry Lynn and great nephews Jared, Noah and Cole as well as cousins and in-laws.

The Wey family is grateful and wishes to thank all who cared for and supported Thomas over the years. Visitation will be held on Thursday September 8, 2022 at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre Pickering (1057 Brock Road, Pickering) from 4pm-8pm. The funeral mass will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022 at 11am at Holy Redeemer Catholic Parish (796 Eyer Drive, Pickering). A graveside service will follow at Duffin Meadows Cemetery (2505 Brock Rd. North, Pickering).

Thomas will be greatly missed by all who knew him. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Daughters of St. Paul, 2655 F.B. Harrison St., 1308 Pasay City, Philippines c/o Sister Noemi C. Vinoya.
