Passed away peacefully at the age of 89, with his daughter by his side. Beloved husband of the late, Marilyn Hosking (nee Fleeton). Loving father of Larry (Gail), Sandra (Mike). Cherished and loving grandfather to Tara. Loving uncle and great-uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Roy, Kenneth, Norman, Ronald and sister, Doreen. Tom was a kind and caring friend to many. A fond remembrance of a special friend to Tom, the late Mary Walker. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him. A special thank you to the kind and caring nurses in the palliative ward at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 23rd from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday November 25th from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 1057 Brock Road, Pickering (905-686-5589). Memorial Service to be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, November 25th at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society, would be appreciated.
