Dear Mr. Hammer, Gerhard, Michelle, Ryan and Caroline,
It is with a heavy heart that we write this post. Mrs. Hammer, as she will always be known to us, was one of the most loving neighbours a person could have. Our time together dates back to my childhood when a new family moved in next to us. As your Mom, would often say to me, Kathy, "you couldn't understand anything Gerhard was saying because he was speaking German", I didn't care. It was nice to have a loving family beside us. As time passed any my own parents age, Mrs. Hammer became their Guardian Angel, alerted us to anything out of the ordinary. I can recall countless times when she came to the rescue of our both Mom and Dad. We will always remember her love of gardening, her Christmas cookies and her wonderful smile and kind heart. Thank you Mrs. Hammer for your many years of friendship and kindness. We pray that you are at peace. Our thoughts are with all of you during this time. With much love, Kathy, Ken, Kyle and Kassandra (Peggy and Peter - in spirit) xoxo
In loving memory of a life so beautifully lived, and a heart so deeply loved.
Thinking of you all in these difficult time and sending love .
Susie and Craig
What a wonderful lady.
