MANTLE, Terry John “TJ”

Passed away peacefully, with his loving family by his side, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, on November 4, 2018 at the age of 71. Loving husband of Paula for over 49 years. Loving dad of Jack, Jason(Stephanie) and Julie. Cherished grampa of Justin, Ashley, Nicholas, Hannah and Aiden. Predeceased by his parents Floyd and Verna Mantle and by his sisters Marion, Shirley and Sandra and survived by his sister Lynn. He will also be dearly missed by extended family and friends. TJ will be forever remembered for his “gift of gab”, his love of sports, great sense of humour and spending time at the cottage. As per his own wishes, there will be no formal funeral service, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to THORNTON FUNERAL CENTRE (1200 Thornton Road, North, Oshawa L1J 0C9, 906 579-6787).
