In memory of

Terrence "Terry" Francis Phippard

March 26, 1945 -  November 21, 2024

It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Terrence Francis Phippard after a short illness at the age of 79 years. Cherished husband of Cheryl for 56 years. Predeceased by his parents, Robert & Jessie and brother John Gary (Karen). Survived by his brother Robert (Denise), sister Patricia (Wilson). He will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

Terrence was affiliated in the electrical industry since 1966 and later joined the wiring device industry in 1976 and remained with that industry for 25 years as Vice President and President.

Terrence will be remembered as a proud snowbird who really enjoyed his 20+ years wintering and holidaying at his Florida home. His love for boating was quite a passion for him. He and his wife Cheryl loved dancing and belonged to many dance clubs.

Visitation will take place at Pine Hills Funeral Centre (625 Birchmount Road Scarborough, ON) from 11-12pm. Funeral service will begin at 12pm. Burial to follow in section M.

Look up in the sky tonight…You will notice one more shining star!!!

The world has lost a true gentleman....kind, loving, & thoughtful. Terry loved life, laughter and people. No words to say how much he will be missed.

Terry was a wonderful neighbour and one that I will miss. He had an infectious smile and was never too busy to say hello on his daily walks. My sympathies and thoughts are with his wife, Cheryl, and family.

Terry was the first "boss" I had in the Electrical Business. He provided me the foundation for growth with knowledge and experience.

He was wonderful to work with.
