In memory of

Terrance Sherman Smith

September 4, 1932 -  February 1, 2022

Today the world lost a legend. Known to those that loved him as “Big Terry”, “Uncle Terry” or the "The Duke”, Terry left this world peacefully after a brief battle with cancer. Terry lived a life that people write books about, had friends most people could only imagine knowing and adventures most of will never experience. Terry loved betting on a Tri-actor, playing a good poker hand and watching every sport imaginable. Terry was predeceased by his loving wife Ruth, sister Mary Ann and brother Warren. He is survived by his son Terrance Jr (Chantal), Sisters Colleen(Jack) & Donna(Frank), Brothers Godfrey (Eleanor), Darwin (Jill), Calvin (Lynn), Robin (Rosie) and many nieces and nephews who will miss his many stories. He truly was larger than life and leaves a big hole in our hearts.
A private family service will be held due the COVID19 pandemic and a Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice

He will be missed more than you know. He gave me my first ride in a convertible, a 1963 Thunderbird Roadster. Gone but never forgotten.
