Terezinha Jaques passed away peacefully on November 29, 2020 after a long battle with Cancer at home with her loving family by her side. Terezinha was born November 17, 1939 in Sao Miguel, Portugal to Maria and Jose Sousa both predeceased. She married the love of her life Paulo Jaques in June 1955, who preceded her in 2006.

Terezinha will be lovingly missed by her children; AnaPaula (predeceased), Dina (Carlos predeceased), Paul, Joe (Jackie), Duarte (Filomena) and Carla. Her grandchildren; Danny (Michelle), Ashley (Steve), Rene, Albert (Christine), Carlos Jr (Maighan), Paul Jr, Joshua, Thomas, Mathew, Margherita and Jeorgie. Her great-grandchildren; Jackson, Lola and Lincoln. She will be deeply missed by her sister, brothers, extended family and friends. Terezinha was a fantastic cook and was the happiest when she was entertaining her family and friends. She had a heart of gold and loved her family with her whole heart. Both her husband and daughter will be waiting to welcome her at the Gates of Heaven with open and loving arms.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a small family funeral will be held on December 4, 2020 at Our Lady of Fatima, Brampton. Burial to follow at Meadowvale Funeral Centre. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when the Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.

**There will be a mass for Terezinha on Saturday December 5th at 5pm on Our Lady of Fatima Church Facebook Page and on Sunday December 6th at 11am on Christ the King youtube page.

I want to say how sorry I am for your loss Tia was a great person and I always remember our childhood memories weekends together holidays together we grew up as a close family. We spent get aways together soaking up the sun and laughs on the beach.
Tia is gonna be missed and I still can't believe she is gone.
