At 10:25 the morning of December 21, 2016 Telis passed away peacefully and with dignity.
He had been suffering from heart failure for a while but was in full control of himself and enjoying a full life until about a month prior. He was able to be his usual strong determined self until the very end.
He is survived by his son Lewis Baios, his grandchildren Alexander and Stefanie, and his wife Asja.
