In memory of

Tanya Low

May 27, 1964 -  October 12, 2019

It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Tanya Low on Saturday, October 12, 2019. She will be remembered with love by her husband Keith Luder; her children David (Emily), Noah, Arielle and Benjamin; her parents C.K. and Marie Low; and her brother Dennis (Yaros). Tanya loved spending time with her family creating fond memories in Lake of Bays, Collingwood, Toronto and elsewhere. She was an active volunteer on the parent associations at Royal St. George’s College and The Bishop Strachan School (Class of ‘83). Tanya was also an avid cyclist with the Velocity Cycling Club where she made many lifelong friends. We will always remember Tanya’s great sense of humour, infectious smile, perseverance in the face of adversity and her infinite love for her family. A service and celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 21, 2019 at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Road, in Toronto. Donations in Tanya's memory may be made to the Brain Injury Society of Toronto, an organization the Luder family has supported since Tanya’s accident in 2014.

My dear friend, our time to say good-bye has come many years too early. I am deeply saddened of the news of your passing but grateful we had over 40 years of wonderful friendship.
We both arrived as boarders at BSS the same year, wasn't the easiest transition but with our friendship it made it a whole lot better. As the years passed and families grew so did our closeness. I will miss you Tanya, rest in peace. Until we meet again. Love, Brenda

I am so very sorry to hear of Tanya’s passing. I loved her as a student, and I loved her as a parent while teaching Arielle at BSS. Please remember me to Arielle, and that her mom’s passing is such a loss.
I am sorry I am unable to attend the funeral, but please know you’re in my thoughts and prayers. Most sincerely, Pinky McAllister
