Tai Hon Lee

April 10, 1921 -  December 1, 2017

With great sadness we announce the passing of Tai-Hon Lee peacefully at Toronto Western Hospital on Friday, December 1st, 2017, at the age of 96. Predeceased by her beloved husband Benjamin (Ben), and son Douglas she will be sadly missed by her children Dennis (Stella), Mae (Paul), grandchildren Andrew (Annie), Timothy (Liz), Steven, Jennifer, Michael, Jasmine and Calvin and great grandchildren, Asia, Justin, Kaitlyn, Bethany and Rebecca and daughter-in-law Linda.


Special thanks to the medical staff at the Toronto Western Hospital who cared for her with great kindness and compassion. We will be forever grateful.


In lieu of lowers, donations in remembrance can be made to the Toronto Western Hospital.

Thursday, December 7, 2017: Visitation - 4-8pm, York Cemetery & Funeral Centre (160 Beecroft Rd North York)
Friday, December 8, 2017: Funeral Service York Cemetery & Funeral Centre (160 Beecroft Rd, North YOrk)
9:00am - 10:00am - Visitation
10:00AM - 11:00am - Memorial Service
11:30am - Burial at York Cemetery
12:30pm - Lunch Reception at Legend Chinese Restaurant (5 Glen Cameron Road (Yonge Street and Glen Cameron, east side of Yonge Street), Thornhill (905-882-6272)-in the same plaza as the Red Lobster and Nina D'Aversa Bakery.)

She had a happy spirit and even though we had some language barriers, somehow we were always able to communicate and share a smile or a laugh.
