Susanna passed away peacefully on July 17, 2020. Beloved mother to Joanne (Chris) and John (Becky). Cherished grandmother to Cameron, Julian, Christian, and Jaylee. She will be fondly remembered by her numerous extended family, friends, and church congregations.

Born in Macau to the honourable Cherk-Ming So and Nancy So, Susanna and her parents moved to Hong Kong soon after her birth. In 1973, Susanna married Alfred Lam, and in 1975, Susanna and her young family moved to Toronto, Canada. For many years, Susanna was a loving homemaker and caregiver to her husband and two children while also helping those in need and less fortunate in her church and in the community. She volunteered countless hours to childcare centres and nursing homes throughout Toronto for over 35 years. Susanna had a passion for helping others and leading many to God to find Jesus Christ. She was known for her love of music, beautiful and kind heart, great love of Jesus Christ, and devotion to the word of God. May she rest in peace with the Lord.
