Peacefully surrounded by family, Susan leaves behind her loving husband Joe.
Beloved mother of Angela (Alex), Nancy (Vicente) and Amy. Adored grandmother to Benjamin, Emily and Milo.

For over 35 years, Susan and Joe owned and operated restaurants, gaining many loyal customers and friends over the years. Susan will be remembered for her generosity and her love of cooking, making sure everyone was well fed. Her love of gardening was shown through the meticulous beds of flowers at the front of their home, and the backyard filled with vegetables.
