It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Stephen Michael Mullen, lovingly known as Steve, on September 25, 2025.

Steve was born on January 12, 1954, in London England. He resided in Toronto the majority of his life.

Steve was a remarkable individual who led a fulfilling life with his daughters and grandkids.

He was the beloved son of Michael and Olive. Stephen was a cherished father to Ashley (Michael) and Hayley (Rod). He shared the happiest part of his life and love with his devoted spouse, Joni, may they be reunited at last.

He also leaves behind three grandchildren, Kennedy, Kylie and Sydney as well as several relatives and close acquaintances who will deeply miss him.

While growing up in the beaches he played hockey for Malvern Collegiate as well as the Ted Reeve Hockey Association. Steve was a lifelong member of the Balmy Beach Club where he will be missed by many.

In reflecting upon his life, we remember Steve’s fierce love for his family. He was always a character, and his presence brought joy to those around him. His legacy will forever be etched in our hearts.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday October 3rd, 2025, at Pine Hills Cemetery at 12:30 p.m. – Section 10. Reception to follow.
