In memory of

Stanley John Koteff

August 15, 1938 -  January 31, 2022

On Monday January 31st, the world lost a sweet, generous, kind man. He passed away peacefully with his children by his side. Husband to the late Maryann (nee Evans) for 47 years. He was a loving, and very loved, father of Jason (Kimberly), Nicole (Charles) and Krista (Jeffrey). He delighted in being an active, and involved Dedo to his nine grandchildren - Hayley, Sydney, Emma, Cameron, Christian (Puck), Harper, Katelyn, Carter and Jaxson. He was a regular at the grandchildren's soccer games and hockey practices, and relished his visits to Maryland. Stanley will be remembered as a hard-working man, a restaurateur, a friend, a prankster, an advisor, a handyman, a babysitter, and most importantly, a wonderful family man with an enormous capacity to show and share love. His positivity and grace stayed with him to his last day. Stanley will be immensely missed by his family and all those who had the pleasure to know him. He will also be incredibly missed by his lifelong friends, “The Boys.” A celebration of his life will take place on Saturday February 5th at Pine Hills Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Macedonian Place would be appreciated.
