Stanislava Tkalec, passed away peacefully at Peel Manor, Brampton, on the evening of December 30, 2022, with her family by her side.

Stanislava was born in Prišlin, Croatia on October 2,1934 to Mijo Spiljak and Monika Spiljak. Stanislava was the loving wife of the late Maximillian Tkalec. She arrived in Canada, with her husband, in 1958. Stanislava is survived by her sisters Josipa Sanda and Irena, daughters Jadranka (Jan) and Annie, and grandsons Steven and Andrew, and Jadranka's husband Dino Malatesta.

The viewing will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Monday, January 9, 2023 at Meadowvale Visitation Center, at 7732 Mavis Rd., Brampton, immediately followed by the service. The burial will be held at 3:15pm at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, at 6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga.
