In memory of

Sotirios Pinatsis

May 6, 1959 -  May 10, 2024

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Sam passed away peacefully with his entire family by his side.

Dearly missed by Christine, beloved wife of 39 years and devoted father to Stephen (Daniella) and Alex (Jenna). A loving Pappou, Sam adored his granddaughter Natalia, whose presence brought him immense joy and pride. She will miss his guidance and enduring support. Loving son of the late Stavros and Zoe Pinatsis and a dear brother to Eleni and the late Efsevia.

Sam will forever be remembered as a tower of strength yet a gentle person who inspired kindness among all who knew him. He lived a life of generosity and an unwavering commitment to his family. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will forever be held dear by those who knew him.

The family appreciates your prayers and support during this difficult time and invites you to share your memories of Sam.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Humber River Hospital. Please use the following link

Dear Christine and family, I was in shock when I heard of Sam's passing. I am at a loss for words as I try to comprehend the very sad news. Sam was always very kind to me, welcoming me to the condo when I moved in. We had many conversations and on my walks, Marley would always greet Sam and Nick when they played backgammon. I will miss this summer Sam bbq'ing. I would glance over my balcony and there would be Sam, cooking up a storm. I will miss seeing him in the pool. Sam was a beautiful swimmer. Most of all I will miss his smile and jovial personality. I am so upset and still in disbelief. Please accept my sincere condolences. I have many fond memories of Sam that I will treasure forever. Take care, sending you much love and strength. Jo-Ann ❤

My deepest condolences to Christine and the family. Such a great guy with solid family values. We shared some fun times. He was called too soon. Sam will be missed but remembered by many.
