It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of Mr. Song Man Fong on August 4th, 2021, surrounded by his family. Song Man was a hardworking man who enjoyed his passion for cooking, sharing his dishes with everyone. Together with his family, he built a successful life in Canada for over 60 years.

Song Man will be greatly missed by his wife Ngan Chen; his sister Bonnie (Ting Wai Ing); his children, Shirley (Alan Wong), Edward (Sandy Ko), Linda (Marty Carr), and Judy (Kash Usmani); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Jeffrey Hernandez), Michael, Jessica, James, Kevin, and Ariana; and his great-grandchild, Aiden.

He will be missed, always remembered, and forever in our hearts.

Dad was my IP man. He was always the man of the house and represented authority. A self made man who started from scratch in Canada to leaving behind a legacy was your trophy that you made it! Dad I still remember meeting you for the first time, you didn't say much to me but you actions and expressions were welcoming to me into the family. I still remember you asking me where is Dubai on the globe you have. Thank you for the memories and the time we spent together. You will be missed and loved forever. Until we meet in heaven. Rest in peace dad.
