In memory of

Sok Fan Cheang

May 10, 1932 -  July 19, 2020

Sok Fan Cheang, a loving mother with a big heart, started a family at the age of 20. She lived a life enjoying to cook and take care of others. She loved to eat soft-serve ice cream, plant flowers, especially roses, grow winter melons, cherry tomatoes, and watch soccer games. She would always cook big dinners on Sunday because she enjoyed the company of her family and friends. She lived a long and happy life working hard to provide for her loved ones. As a mother of 6, she would wake up early and work late everyday to run 'Sun Fat Kei' (新發記), a store with her late husband in Macau from 1968 until they immigrated to Canada in 1994.

Only met you a handful of times, but always had a big smile on, and heard so many wonderful stories of Sunday dinners and family parties. Rest in peace, you were the best grandma, and mother anybody could have asked for.
