Peacefully, with family by her side, So Hing passed away on October 29, 2023. Predeceased by her husband Lai Chew, her brother Jack Quon and sister-in-law Sandra. Survived by her brother Peter Quan (June), her four children, Susan (David), Alice (John), Owen (Christine), Michael (Diana), grandchildren Matthew (Helen), Nicole, Holly and great grand children Amelia and Lucas. The family would like to thank the staff at Mon Sheong for their dedication and care for So Hing. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mon Sheong Foundation, Area of Support 36 D’Arcy Home for the Aged.
