With great sadness, Siu Ping Chan passed away peacefully at Yee Hong Centre in Markham on August 7, 2024 at the age of 87, surrounded by her family.
Born in China on November 27, 1936, Siu Ping was the youngest of two children. She moved to Hong Kong for work, met her husband and was blessed with three children, Cindy, Ray & Eric. After immigrating to Canada, she became the grandmother of two grandsons, Kevin and Darin. Siu Ping loved travelling and socializing with friends. Her spirit lives on through the family and friends of all ages who she touched. As a stay at home mom, she was the epitome of strength, faith, loyalty and love. Her dedication to her family was one of a kind and she will be sorely missed but not forgotten by her family.

少萍於 1936 年 11 月 27 日出生於中國，是兩個孩子中最小的一個。 她搬到香港工作，遇到了她的丈夫，並育有三個孩子：Cindy、Ray 和 Eric。 移民到加拿大後，她成為了兩個孫子凱文(Kevin)和達林(Darin)的外祖母。 少萍喜歡旅遊和與朋友交往。 她的精神透過她所感動的各個年齡層的家人和朋友而得以延續。 身為全職媽媽，她是力量、信仰、忠誠和愛的縮影。 她對家庭的奉獻是獨一無二的，她的家人將深切懷念她，但不會忘記她。
