We celebrate the remarkable life of Captain Sing Chuen Chan, who passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 16, 2025.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Flora Hoea; daughter, Susie; son, Jimmy; son-in-law, Leo; daughter-in-law, Angela; granddaughter, Jane; and grandsons, Jonathan and Matthew.
