With her family by her side and with deep sadness we announce the passing of Simone Leontine Buffan on March 21, 2017 in her 85th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband LeRoy. Beloved mother of Kathy (Bob) Gary (Dee) Diane (Tom) Patsy (Mike) Carol (Mike) Donna (Pat). She will be deeply missed by all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by sisters Rita and Lorette, and by brothers Emile, Rene, Eugene, Hector, Rolland and Jean Paul. Survived by brothers Leo and Roger. Simone's open heart touched everyone. She was our matriarch who anchored us all.

Simone's love of life and true devotion to family was a gift that she shared freely. It is a sad occasion when such a light of spirit goes out. I wish her a safe journey to the next realm and for those she leaves behind know that you will carry her in your heart and have her voice in your ear to guide you. So Sorry To Hear Of Your Loss .Mrs. Buffan Was A Beautiful Person I Really Enjoyed Our Talks When I Ran Into Her On Parliament Street Or On The Bench Outside Her Building She Truly Earned Her Wings Now She Can Fly Free Of Pain She Will Be Missed Dearly ,To The Family And Friends My Thoughts And Prayers Are With You All At This Sad Time
