In memory of

Sik Kiu Tsang

February 14, 1930 -  May 22, 2019

Sik Kiu Tsang, beloved Husband, Father, and GrandFather passed peacefully on May 22, 2019 at North York General Hospital. He will be missed by his children and their spouses, Chiu Ying and Michael, Derrick and Eunice, Deborah and Simon, Karen and Danny, his grandchildren, Catherine and Steven, Clement, Marcus, Ethan, Breanna, Kyle and Camryn. He was predeceased by his wife, Ying Shuet Tsang, and parents.

In his younger days, Sik Kiu was an elementary teacher in Hong Kong. In 1969, he and his family moved from Hong Kong in order to provide more opportunities for his young family, eventually settling down in Canada where he worked in a paper mill factory. He was able to support his four children who completed their studies, started their careers, and now raising their own children. His passion was cooking; inventing and combining recipes to create new tasty dishes. He would spend days planning and preparing 10-12 course meals for guests during the holiday festivities, and the same tasty dishes for regular evening meals for his family.

Donations may be made in Memoriam to Yee Hong Community Wellness who have supported our Dad and Mom over the past few years in their times of need. Donations can be made at the visitation or at https://www.yeehong.com/foundation/ways-to-give/ in Memoriam Gift.

Our Family appreciates very much the words of support received and the desire of those who wish to provide their support in person.

I first met Fung Kiu on a trip to Hong Kong when I was a child. He showed my Mom and I around and best of all we had some delicious food. Through the years Fung Kiu and Kiu Neung always cooked some great meals when the family gets together. Good memories!!

We can't forget our first Christmas dinner with your family 32 years ago. It was also our first Christmas after immigrating to Canada. Every Christmas, we remember Uncle and Auntie Tsang. Our sincere condolences to you all. We will donate to Yee Hong in memory of uncle Tsang.
