In memory of

Sik Hung Chung

Sik Hung passed away peacefully at Carefree Lodge Long Term Home on Saturday April 22nd, 2023 at the age of 107. He is survived by his wife Yuk Lan and will be greatly missed by his children Ping Yau (Jackie), Kali (Ken), Alan (Kelly), Sau Han (Kwai Kong) and Kim (Al).

Cherished grandfather of Miranda, Adrian (Stephanie), Kevin (Pansy), Kramer (Jenny), Eddie (Joey), Maggie (Lawrence), Jonas (Cammy), Chris (Avis), Jessica and Ashley.

Loving great-grandfather of Riley, Ariane, Jaden, Kaden, Jayden, Ellie, Nathan, Oriana, Jase and Ernest.

Sik Hung was gentle and kind while also being fiercely protective of his family. One of his guiding principles was to maintain a peaceful and calm approach in everyday life. Any issue could be resolved by discussion and everyone working together. This principle has guided and brought the family together throughout the years.

The family wishes to thank Carefree Lodge for their extraordinary care and support over the last 3 years. We also wish to thank CareFirst Seniors & Community Services Association for the excellent day program he attended.

Friends and family may choose to make a donation to Canadian Cancer Society or CareFirst Seniors & Community Services Association by clicking on the ‘Make a Donation’ button at the bottom of the website.

Online condolences may be left on the GUESTBOOK.
