Passed away peacefully at Rouge Valley Health Centenary Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved spouse Leslie John Chapman, parents Joseph and Stella Fredericks and brothers Dr. John Fredericks and Ignatius Fredericks. Beloved sister of Matilda Salamalay, May Annamunthodo, Alverna Haniph and Carmelita Shirkie. Sheila will be dearly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
