Passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at the age of 38 following a brief respiratory illness. Much loved daughter of Betty (Blair McKague) and the late Mario Palin. She will be missed by her sister Sherrilyn (Glenn McCready) and God Parents Aunt Fern and Uncle Wayne Sargent. Despite struggling with mental illness since her early 20’s, Shannon loved music and excelled at playing the flute and piano. She found her peace in nature and enjoyed being in the outdoors. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her including her many other family members and friends. In memory of Shannon, donations can be made to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).
