It is with great sadness that we announce that our father, Ser Kim Chiu, passed away peacefully on January, 20, 2023 with his lovely wife, our mother, by his side.

Ser Kim was born in Xinhui, an urban district located where the Tan and West Rivers meet, in the southwestern area of the Pearl River Delta and in the province of Guangdong, China.

His journey to Toronto, Canada first started in Hong Kong where he lived for many years. The family then immigrated to Toronto where he worked tirelessly to support them. He is survived by his wife, a son and four daughters. He will forever be remembered and missed.

Visitation will take place at Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre on Tuesday, January 24 from noon - 1pm and then followed by a funeral and burial service.

趙社劍 出生於中國廣東省珠江三角洲西南部的新會，一個位於潭江和西江交匯處的市區。

他的加拿大多倫多之旅首先從他居住多年的香港開始。然後全家移民到多倫多，他在那裡不知疲倦地工作以支持他們。他遺下妻子、一個兒子和四個女兒。他將永遠被人們銘記和懷念。

探視將於 1 月 24 日星期二中午至下午 1 點在派恩希爾斯公墓和殯儀中心舉行，然後舉行葬禮。
