Seba Kwan passed away peacefully at his home on October 18, 2025, at the age of 95.

Born in Fook Wo Lee, Hoy Ping, Kwang Tung, China, on January 19, 1930, Seba was the son of Mong Kwan (née Wong) and Wing Chung Kwan. He later made his home in Mississauga, Ontario.

Seba dedicated his career to Canada Post, where he worked as a postal clerk. Outside of work, he enjoyed fishing, mahjong and spending time with loved ones at family gatherings.

Seba is lovingly remembered by his wife, Nancy Kwan (née Lam), his children Cassandra and Guy, and his siblings Stanley Kwan and Margaret Soo Hoo. He was predeceased by his daughter Garland and by a sister.
