Samaroo "Sam" Ramlakhan passed away peacefully on Saturday January 13th, 2024 at the age of 80. Beloved husband, father, grandpa, papa, brother, uncle and friend.

Sam will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Vedwatty Ramlakhan (née Cheta) and their children, Vidya Ramlakhan-Yan (Ian Yan) and Rajesh Ramlakhan (Anne Mullen). He was a proud and loving grandpa/papa to Emma, Adriana, Michael, Simon and Samson.

The eldest of his siblings, he is survived by his 4 brothers and 1 sister. Sam is reunited with his parents, brother and sister.

Sam will be sadly missed and dearly remembered by family and friends in Canada, the United States and Guyana.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
