Salme Sofia (nee Savolainen) Kinnunen, 96 died on Wednesday March 2, 2022 at the Mariann Home in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.
She was born on May 12, 1925 in Kajaani, Finland. Daughter to Taavetti Savolainen and Iida Maria Kuronen.
Married to Hugo Eerik Kinnunen.
Proud member of the Saalem Finnish Pentecostal Church of Toronto.
In addition to her parents and siblings, she was predeceased by her Husband, Hugo, her Daughter Leila, her twin sons, Tapio and Tapani and her Son in law, Leo.
She is survived by her eldest Daughter, Anneli and Son Ahti (Bev).
Her Grandchildren, Kari, Maija, Leea and Martti. Erik. Chris (Jenny) and Laura. Sarah (Scott) and Matthew. Kirk and Krystal.
Her Great Grandchildren, Tamara, Joshua and Katrina. Mika and Tiia. Alekzander and Kiirsti. Taisto, Meghan and Hunter. Hailey and Kai. Fen and Aija.
As well as her Great great grandchildren, Zaine, Cruz and Adriana.
Do to Covid restrictions the Visitation and Service will be Private and by Invitation Only.
