Salme Lahe passed away peacefully on March 1, 2023 at MacKenzie Health Hospital at the age of 96. Beloved wife of John Lahe. Cherished mother of Lillian and Harvy (Denise). Loving grandmother of Nolan (Natalie), Tiia and Eric (Nicole). A funeral service and burial will take place at York Cemetery & Funeral Centre for family and friends. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

The family would like to express a special thanks to the staff at Elginwood LTC for their care and compassion over the last 8 years.
